Before my supplier pass me the bottle, she will check for leakage by pouring tap water into the bottle and try out the mouth piece. This is to ensure that the bottle is in perfect condition before it leaves her. If the bottle is faulty, a replacement will be ordered for me but it will take another week.
In any case (eg. hygiene purposes) that you do not want her to check the condition of the bottle for you, do inform me. I will inform her to leave the packet unopened and give it to me. In this case, you will be responsible for the condition of the bottle and no replacement will be made for you should you find any fault thereafter.
